Imperial Palace

The Imperial Palace was founded on 10th October 1925 and is located in the Forbidden City in Beijing. It is a comprehensive museum of China established on the basis of the imperial palaces of Ming and Qing dynasties as well as its collections. It is also the largest museum of ancient culture and art in China. Its collection of cultural relics mainly comes from the previous collection in the palace of the Qing Dynasty. It is the first national demonstration base for patriotism education.
